Cooking cookies!

Do you remember the doggie cook-book that we got for Christmas??
Well today we were allowed to make something from the cook-book!
We chose a recipe for some biscuit bones that had CHEESE, BEEF GRAVY and PEANUT BUTTER in them!
Delicious!!
So...we assembled our ingredients and equipment....

Here I am being Chef Molly - I would have liked a chef's hat but oh well

It took me a while to work out what I had to do first....
Gertrude was no help - she preferred to watch me from the comfort of her bed!

Cheeky thing!

But of course she wasn't far away when there was the delicate matter of tasting and licking to be done.....

I soon mastered the rolling-pin, which was a little tricky

Look at all those bones! Where on earth can I hide all of them??
I was quite proud of my achievement - Master-Chef here I come!
I needed a little help to put them in the oven - my job was to keep Gertrude well out of the way here!

The finished product!
I am considering starting a bakery chain.
'Molly's Marvellous Munchies'
The best part is sampling the results of our combined efforts.
Far better than a Bonio any day!

I claim these bones to be mine!
And of course - licking the bowl is one of the best parts of the whole process......

Lucky it's a big bowl!

I wonder which recipe we will make next??

Lots of love from

Chef Molly &

Sous-chef Gertrude

They look great Molly. Did you have a bone shaped cutter or did you copy a bonio?

I bet they taste great!

Wow, those look very tasty! We need to make our mom quit going to that place she calls "work" and stay home to make tasty treats for us. After all, we are WAY more important than any old work!
